AFFIX is creating a new option for home buyers.

Our innovative concept integrates elements from suburban communities, mobile home parks, and short-term rental investing, to create a new option for prospective homebuyers.  Affix will own and prepare land with roads, utilities & shared amenity areas. Homebuyers can choose a prefabricated home design from the Affix collection, to place within the Affix community. All home options are designed by Affix, but will be built off-site by an approved manufacturer. Once the home is purchased by the homeowner & placed within the community, the homeowner will pay Affix a ground lease. Each home features a special area designed for easy short-term rentals if the homeowner desires to defray the expense of the ground lease.
